Updated Canvas Course Conclusion Policy

The Canvas Course Conclusion Policy has been updated! 

• FAQs have been added to address some common questions we have received since releasing the policy in April. This should hopefully help clarify the effect of the policy.
• The conclusion date for an academic year will be deferred a year. For example, academic year 2025-26 will be concluded in June 2027, not in June 2026 immediately after completion. The 2024-25 academic year will be concluded in June 2026.
